SMC production line is usedto produceSheetMolding Compound (SMC) which is newtype thermolding plastics.It producessmc sheet by forming sandwich structure which outside are two layerfilms while polyester resin, fiber glass, release agent,hardening agent, pigment, stuffing ect in themiddle.

 

It adopts advancedmechanical structure & technilogy. It has achieved domesticadvanced level with advanced technology and reasonable structure,high degree automation and high outputs.

It is PLC digitalcontrol, including resin feeding.It can achieve vacuum chargingresin to doctor blade.Even mixture, easy cleaning and moreautomation.

 

There are four parts: SMC PasteMixing System, Main Compacting System, Final SMC Sheet reel-uppart, Fiber glass Yarn cutting part and electrical controlpart. MainCompacting System usesfrequency conversion motor. Materials are compacted by belt chainswhich are controlled by pneumatic form. The belt chains are made ofstainless steel. Take-up part adopts torque motor-driven andtake-up speed can be adjusted at any time. It takes up finishedproducts automatic and is effort-saving.

 

Cutting part uses variable speedmotor. The cutting roll is helical. This can increase workinglife of the rubber roller and blade. If high fiberglass content is required,such as above 30%, we can design double cuttingrollers on this machine.Also we can design machine accordingcustomer''s special requirements.We can discusstogether.

 

Electrical control part isadopted central control (PLC) to meet the production requirementsand all electrical components are from well-known brandsto ensure its accurate and reliable.
